Ingredients:
- 2 tori (turai)
- 5 brinjals (Baingan)
- 6 green chilies not spicy one
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- Salt
- 1 teaspoon all spice powder
- 1 asafoetida
- Oil
- Heat 2 teaspoon of oil in a iron pan and Stir all veggies.
- Add soy sauce and lemon juice, mix well. Now add all spice powder and salt.
- Cover the pan and cook until all veggies gets soft and crunchy.
