Tori Brinjal Chili Fry

Ingredients:
  • 2 tori (turai)
  • 5 brinjals (Baingan)
  • 6 green chilies not spicy one
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • Salt
  • 1 teaspoon all spice powder
  • 1 asafoetida
  • Oil
Procedure:
  • Heat 2 teaspoon of oil in a iron pan and Stir all veggies. 
  • Add soy sauce and lemon juice, mix well.  Now add all spice powder and salt. 
  • Cover the pan and cook until all veggies gets soft and crunchy.
