Idliano With Roasted Tomato

Ingredients:
  • 5 idli
  • 2 tomato round medium thin round slices
  • Oregano
  • Cheese
  • Salt
  • Black pepper (kali mirch)
  • Tomato ketchup
  • Red chili flakes(lal kuti mirch)
  • Oil
  • Salt
Procedure:
  • Heat 2 teaspoon of oil on a pan and roast idly from both sides.  Now scrape some portion of all idly and make flat space.
  • Now heat two teaspoon of oil and roast the tomato slices until crisp.
  • Now place tomato slice on idly.  Spread cheese, black pepper powder, oregano, chili flakes, salt.
  • Cover the pan roast on low flame until cheese gets melted. Garnish with tomato ketchup and some oregano.
