Ingredients:
- 5 idli
- 2 tomato round medium thin round slices
- Oregano
- Cheese
- Salt
- Black pepper (kali mirch)
- Tomato ketchup
- Red chili flakes(lal kuti mirch)
- Oil
- Salt
- Heat 2 teaspoon of oil on a pan and roast idly from both sides. Now scrape some portion of all idly and make flat space.
- Now heat two teaspoon of oil and roast the tomato slices until crisp.
- Now place tomato slice on idly. Spread cheese, black pepper powder, oregano, chili flakes, salt.
- Cover the pan roast on low flame until cheese gets melted. Garnish with tomato ketchup and some oregano.
