Sarkars Chicken

Ingredients:
- Chicken drum sticks 1 kg ( 8 peices )
- Red chili powder 1/2 teaspoon
- All spice powder 1/2 teaspoon
- Garlic paste 40 gm
- Ginger paste 60 gm
- Curd 250 gm
- Coriander powder 30 gm
- Tandoori masala 20 gm
- Kanda lasun masala 20 gm
- Salt
Procedure:
- Mix all marination, give cuts to all chicken drum sticks. Rub the marination evenly on each drum sticks.
- Keep the chicken for marination in a fridge for about 6 hours.
- Now place the chicken on owen proof plate and cook in a microwave for about 40 minutes or until perfectly cook.
- Rub jaljeera, lemon juice serve hot.
