Sarkars Chicken

Preparation time:30 minutes
Cooking time: 45 minutes
Serve: 4

Ingredients:
  • Chicken drum sticks 1 kg ( 8 peices )
  • Red chili powder 1/2 teaspoon
  • All spice powder 1/2 teaspoon
  • Garlic paste 40 gm
  • Ginger paste 60 gm
  • Curd 250 gm
  • Coriander powder 30 gm
  • Tandoori masala 20 gm
  • Kanda lasun masala 20 gm
  • Salt
Procedure:
  • Mix all marination, give cuts to all chicken drum sticks.  Rub the marination evenly on each drum sticks.
  • Keep the chicken for marination in a fridge for about 6 hours.  
  • Now place the chicken on owen proof plate and cook in a microwave for about 40 minutes or until perfectly cook.
  • Rub jaljeera, lemon juice serve hot.
