- Semolina 1 cup (rava)
- Bengal gram flour 2 teaspoon
- Curd 1 cup
- Salt
- Mint leaves 10
- 1 green chili
- Coriander leaves chopped 1/4 cup
- Oil
- Backing powder
- Backing soda
- Grind semolina and churn it with some water don't make smooth paste only churn it 2 to 3 times.
- Grind mint leaves and green chili.
- Now mix Bengal gram flour, grinded mint leaves, curd, backing powder, backing soda, salt with semolina.
- Add water if needed, make semi thick batter. On a pan oil add some oil. Spread some batter on hot pan with the help of spatula. Make dosas of size you want.
- Roast little crisp from both sides.
