Ravopudino (Semolina Mint Dosa)

Ingredients:
  • Semolina 1 cup (rava)
  • Bengal gram flour 2 teaspoon
  • Curd 1 cup
  • Salt
  • Mint leaves 10
  • 1 green chili
  • Coriander leaves chopped 1/4 cup
  • Oil
  • Backing powder 
  • Backing soda
Procedure:
  • Grind semolina and churn it with some water don't make smooth paste only churn it 2 to 3 times.
  • Grind mint leaves and green chili.
  • Now mix Bengal gram flour, grinded mint leaves, curd, backing powder, backing soda, salt with semolina.
  • Add water if needed, make semi thick  batter.  On a pan oil add some oil. Spread some batter on hot pan with the help of spatula.   Make dosas of size you want.  
  • Roast little crisp from both sides.
