- Dill leves 1 bunch.
- 1 Green chili.
- 8 cloves garlic.
- 3 tomato chopped
- 1 medium onion chopped
- Garam masala powder.
- 1/4 red chili powder.
- Asafoetida
- 1 cup Bengal gram flour.
- Oil
- Salt.
- Boil Dill leaves with green chili for 4 minutes. Make fine pure.
- In a hot pan add oil. Add chopped onion and cook for 2 minutes.
- Add tomato, red chili powder, garlic.
- Add asafoetida, salt and garam masala powder. Cover the pan and cook until oil separates from edges of the pan.
- Add some water with Bengal gram flour mix well and add it to pan.
- Add sufficient water cook for 4 minutes. Now add Dill leaves. Cook for another 4 minutes and switch off the flame..
