Dilwali Besan Sabji (Shepu Aur Besan Ki Sabji)

Ingredients:

  • Dill leves 1 bunch.
  • 1 Green chili.
  • 8 cloves garlic.
  • 3 tomato chopped
  • 1 medium onion chopped
  • Garam masala powder.
  • 1/4 red chili powder.
  • Asafoetida
  • 1 cup Bengal gram flour.
  • Oil
  • Salt.
Procedure:
  • Boil Dill leaves with green chili for 4 minutes.  Make fine pure.
  • In a hot pan add oil.  Add chopped onion and cook for 2 minutes.
  •   Add tomato, red chili powder, garlic.  
  • Add asafoetida, salt and garam masala powder.  Cover the pan and cook until oil separates from edges of the pan.
  • Add some water with Bengal gram flour mix well and add it to pan.   
  • Add sufficient water cook for 4 minutes.  Now add Dill leaves.  Cook for another 4 minutes and switch off the flame..
