Stir Fried Cheese Murmura

Ingredients:
  • Puffed rice 3 cups
  • Turmeric powder 1/4 teaspoon
  • Mustard seeds
  • 2 green chilies chopped
  • 1 onion chopped
  • Cheese 3 teaspoon
  • Black salt
  • Oil
  • 1 teaspoon cumin seeds powder
Procedure:
  • Heat some oil in a pan.  
  • Add mustard seeds. Once crackles, add green chilies, onion.  
  • Add turmeric powder, cumin seeds powder, cheese, black salt.  Mix well add puffed rice.  Toss for a minute, switch of the flame.  
  • Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and green chilies.
