- Puffed rice 3 cups
- Turmeric powder 1/4 teaspoon
- Mustard seeds
- 2 green chilies chopped
- 1 onion chopped
- Cheese 3 teaspoon
- Black salt
- Oil
- 1 teaspoon cumin seeds powder
- Heat some oil in a pan.
- Add mustard seeds. Once crackles, add green chilies, onion.
- Add turmeric powder, cumin seeds powder, cheese, black salt. Mix well add puffed rice. Toss for a minute, switch of the flame.
- Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and green chilies.
