Ingredients:
- Idli 6
- Sambar masala 1 teaspoon
- Onion chopped 2
- Coriander leaves chopped 1 cup
- Red chili powder 1/2 teaspoon
- Cumin seeds 1 teaspoon
- Bengal gram flour 4 teaspoon
- 3 green chilies chopped
- Salt
- Oil
Procedure:
- Crush idlies and mix all the ingredients.
- Knead well
- Make meduim size balls. In a deep sauce pan heat oil for frying.
- Deep fry the balls garnish with coriander leaves and coconut slices.
