Kabab E Idli

Ingredients:

  • Idli 6
  • Sambar masala 1 teaspoon
  • Onion chopped 2
  • Coriander leaves chopped 1 cup
  • Red chili powder 1/2 teaspoon
  • Cumin seeds 1 teaspoon
  • Bengal gram flour 4 teaspoon
  • 3 green chilies chopped
  • Salt
  • Oil

Procedure:
  • Crush idlies and mix all the ingredients.
  • Knead well 
  • Make meduim size balls. In a deep sauce pan heat oil for frying.
  • Deep fry the balls garnish with coriander leaves and coconut slices.
