- Potatoes 2
- Capsicum chopped 1 cup
- 2 tomato pure
- 1 cup green peas
- Cauliflower peices 2 cup
- Butter
- Pav Bhaji masala 2 teaspoon
- 1 Onion chopped
- Red chili powder
- Wheat flour 3 cup
- Curd
- Green Chutney
- Salt
- Oil
Procedure:
- Boil potato, green peas, cauliflower.
- In a hot deep sauce pan add butter, roast capsicum for 2 minutes. Add tomato pure.
- Add red chili powder, pav Bhaji masala.
- Cook until oil separates the edges of pan.
- Now mash the boiled vegetables and add them into the pan.
- Add salt and water. Cook until water reduces. Add chopped coriander leaves.
- Knead wheat flour, water, salt and make soft dough. Make medim size balls and roll them to a round size chapattis.
- Heat pan and roast the chapattis from both sides.
- Apply some curd and green Chutney to chapati. Spraed some Bhaji, onion and tightly roll the chapattis, your kathi roll is ready.
