Pav Bhaji Kathi Roll

Ingredients:
  • Potatoes 2
  • Capsicum chopped 1 cup
  • 2 tomato pure
  • 1 cup green peas
  • Cauliflower peices 2 cup
  • Butter
  • Pav Bhaji masala 2 teaspoon
  • 1 Onion chopped
  • Red chili powder
  • Wheat flour 3 cup
  • Curd 
  • Green Chutney
  • Salt
  • Oil
Procedure:
  • Boil potato, green peas, cauliflower.
  • In a hot deep sauce pan add butter, roast capsicum for 2 minutes. Add tomato pure.
  • Add red chili powder, pav Bhaji masala.
  • Cook until oil separates the edges of pan.
  • Now mash the boiled vegetables and add them into the pan.
  • Add salt and water. Cook until water reduces. Add chopped coriander leaves.
  • Knead wheat flour, water, salt and make soft dough. Make medim size balls and roll them to a round size chapattis. 
  • Heat pan and roast the chapattis from both sides. 
  • Apply some curd and green Chutney to chapati. Spraed some Bhaji, onion and tightly roll the chapattis, your kathi roll is ready.
