Ingredients:
- One large tomato
- One large onion
- 4 green chilies chopped
- One bunch of dill leaves chopped
- Bengal gram flour 5 tablespoon
- 1 tablespoon rice flour
- Red chili powder 1 teaspoon
- Coriander powder 1 teaspoon
- Black pepper powder 1/2 teaspoon
- Salt
- Turmeric powder
- Black salt
- Asafoetida
- Mustard seeds
- Oil for deep frying
- 4 chapattis
- For tomato chutney heat 2 teaspoon of oil in a pan. Add mustard seeds. Stir for a while.
- Add green chilies and cook for a minute. Add onion and cook until soft.
- Add tomato, asafoetida and cook until oil leaves from the pan. Keep this mixture aside.
- Now, to make wadis mix dill leaves, Bengal gram flour, rice flour, red chili powder, black pepper powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, black salt and some water.
- Kneed well and make four cylinder shapes. Cook them in pressure cooker.
- Keep it to cool.
- Now cut the wadis into medium thin round pieces and deep fry them
- Now arrange wadis, tomato chutney on chapatti. Now roast the tacos until crisp from both sides. Do this with all four chapattis. Have a Indian style wrap with tamarind Chutney.
