Chura Ladu

  • Ingredients:
  • 2 cup Bengal Gram cup
  • 1 1/2 cup sugar
  • 3 cardmom
  • 2 cup water
  • 4 to 5 cashew chopped
  • Oil
Proceduree:
  • Mix Bengal Gram flour with some water and make smooth batter.
  •  To make chura, heat oil in a pan and drop very little little portions of batter and deep fry until crisp.  Cool it down and crush.
  • In a separate bowl, heat 2 cup of water and sugar.
  •  Take a nice boil until sugar gets completely desolved.  Boil until syrup gets little sticky.
  • Now mix the chura in a sugar syrup. 
  •  Now make laddus of size you want and garnish with cashew.
