- Ingredients:
- 2 cup Bengal Gram cup
- 1 1/2 cup sugar
- 3 cardmom
- 2 cup water
- 4 to 5 cashew chopped
- Oil
- Mix Bengal Gram flour with some water and make smooth batter.
- To make chura, heat oil in a pan and drop very little little portions of batter and deep fry until crisp. Cool it down and crush.
- In a separate bowl, heat 2 cup of water and sugar.
- Take a nice boil until sugar gets completely desolved. Boil until syrup gets little sticky.
- Now mix the chura in a sugar syrup.
- Now make laddus of size you want and garnish with cashew.
