Pawaloorol

Preparation time: 10 minutes

Serve:4

Ingredients:

  • 5 potatoes medium slices
  • Black pepper powder 1/2 teaspoon
  • Coriander powder 1/2 teaspoon
  • Red chili powder 1/2 teaspoon
  • Oil
  • Salt
  • 4 buns
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 1 tomato chopped

Procedure:

  • Heat some oil in a pan.  Add potatoes and mix well.   Add coriander powder, red chili powder.  Cook for 2 minutes.
  • Add black pepper powder.   Add salt and cook until soft.  Switch off the flame.
  • Now cut the buns and apply this mixture one side of it.  
  • Spread onion, tomato and roll it.  
  • Heat some oil in another pan and roast the rolls until crisp.  Garnish with coriander leaves.
