Ingredients:
- 5 potatoes medium slices
- Black pepper powder 1/2 teaspoon
- Coriander powder 1/2 teaspoon
- Red chili powder 1/2 teaspoon
- Oil
- Salt
- 4 buns
- 1 onion chopped
- 1 tomato chopped
Procedure:
- Heat some oil in a pan. Add potatoes and mix well. Add coriander powder, red chili powder. Cook for 2 minutes.
- Add black pepper powder. Add salt and cook until soft. Switch off the flame.
- Now cut the buns and apply this mixture one side of it.
- Spread onion, tomato and roll it.
- Heat some oil in another pan and roast the rolls until crisp. Garnish with coriander leaves.
