- 3 potatoes boiled
- Red chili powder 1/2 teaspoon
- Salt
- 2 teaspoon plain floor
- Macroni pasta boiled
- Onion chopped 1 teaspoon
- Tomato chopped 1 teaspoon
- All spice powder
- Chat masala
- Salt
- Oil
- Mash the potatoes and mix red chili powder and salt. Make hollow round portions.
- Spread some plain flour.
- Heat oil in a kadai and deep fry the potato rounds until crisp
- Heat some oil in same kadai. Add boiled pasta and all spice powder.
- Mix well add salt cook for 5 minutes. Switch off the flame.
- Now arrange the prepared pasta inside the fried potatoes. Spread onion, tomato and chopped coriander leaves.
- Spread some chat masala.
