Lai Bhari

Preparation time: 15 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 3 potatoes boiled
  • Red chili powder 1/2 teaspoon
  • Salt
  • 2 teaspoon plain floor
  • Macroni pasta boiled
  • Onion chopped 1 teaspoon
  • Tomato chopped 1 teaspoon
  • All spice powder
  • Chat masala
  • Salt
  • Oil
Procedure:
  • Mash the potatoes and mix red chili powder and salt.  Make hollow round portions. 
  • Spread some plain flour.  
  • Heat oil in a kadai and deep fry the potato rounds until crisp
  • Heat some oil in same kadai.  Add boiled pasta and all spice powder.  
  • Mix well add salt cook for 5 minutes.  Switch off the flame.
  • Now arrange the prepared pasta inside the fried potatoes.  Spread onion, tomato and chopped coriander leaves. 
  • Spread some chat masala.
