Ingredients:
- 3 cups puffed rice flakes
- 1 cup Bengal gram sprouts ( ankurit Lal chana )
- 1/2 cup moth beans sprouts ( ankurit matki )
- 1 onion chopped
- 1 tomato chopped
- Black salt
- Cumin seeds powder
- Coriander leaves chopped
- Fried chilies 4
- Bhujiya sev
- Macroni pasta 1 cup
Procedure:
- Boil sprouts and pasta together with some salt and oil. Once pasta becomes soft, strain it along with sprouts.
- Mix black salt, cumin seeds powder, pasta, sprouts, coriander leaves and tomato.
- Now mix onions, chopped chilies. Add puffed rice and bhujiya sev and mix well.
- Garnish the Bhel with chopped onion and coriander leaves.
