Pasta Sprouts Murmura Bhel

Preparation time: 10 minutes
Cooking time: 10 minutes
Serve: 4

Ingredients:

  • 3 cups puffed rice flakes
  • 1 cup Bengal gram sprouts ( ankurit  Lal chana )
  • 1/2 cup moth beans sprouts ( ankurit matki )
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 1 tomato chopped
  • Black salt
  • Cumin seeds powder
  • Coriander leaves chopped
  • Fried chilies 4
  • Bhujiya sev
  • Macroni pasta 1 cup

Procedure:
  • Boil sprouts and pasta together with some salt and oil. Once pasta becomes soft, strain it along with sprouts.
  • Mix black salt, cumin seeds powder, pasta, sprouts, coriander leaves and tomato.
  • Now mix onions, chopped chilies.  Add puffed rice and bhujiya sev and mix well.
  • Garnish the Bhel with chopped onion and coriander leaves.
