Ingredients:

  • 1 Large tomato
  • Chili flakes
  • Salt
  • Garlic chopped 5 cloves
  • Butter
  • Cheese
  • Oregano

Procedure:

  • Roast tomato directly on flame.   Peel the skin and grind it.
  • In a pan heat some butter.  Roast garlic for a while.  Add tomato pulp.  Add chili flakes.
  • Mix well. 
  • Add cheese and boil for 5 minutes.  Add oregano.  Boil for a while.  Serve hot..
